Brian Cain
President & CEO
Brian has been working in the Recruitment and Staffing Industry since the Year 2000 as Recruiter and Client Account Manager. During 2002 – 2010 Brian worked for ATS Reliance primarily in Recruitment of Oil & Gas Industry Contract Workers, personally managing up to 75 contractor worker portfolios actively working at host companies/clients. In 2011 Brian opened Cain & Associates Ltd., a Division of The Staffing Exchange, since which he has successfully managed recruitment assignments (contract workers and permanent placement hiring) and client portfolios. Brian’s experience and skillset encompasses developing and screening candidate pools in accordance with predefined job requirements under tight deadlines. Prior Brian educational background includes studies at Kwantlen Polytechnic University, Vancouver, BC. In his spare time Brian enjoys playing hockey, fishing and travelling.

Jana Savage
Director, Operations and Recruitment
Jana has been working in the Recruitment and Staffing Industry since May 2012 as Recruiter and Client Account Manager. During her tenure she has successfully managed recruitment assignments (contract workers and permanent placement hiring) and client portfolios within a wide range of industries, including Natural Resources, CPG Manufacturing, Construction and Engineering. Jana is also our unit’s payroll and contracts manager, managing all our group’s contract worker files and onboarding, coordinating with host companies appropriately. Jana can onboard a new hire in less than 24 hours accurately and efficiently. Jana holds a Diploma from Langara College, Vancouver BC. Prior to entering the Recruitment Industry Jana worked in the social services sector for 15 years. In her spare time Jana enjoys spending time with family, gardening, travelling and dragon boat racing.
